How much do you love your smartphone? Aaron Chervenak loves his enough to want to marry it—and he did, in a little chapel in Las Vegas. In a video that document the “slightly unorthodox ceremony”, Chervenak discusses the reasons why he wants to tie the knot with a piece of technology. 


According to him, “we connect with our phones on so many emotional levels—we look to it for solace, to calm us down, to put us to sleep, to ease our minds”, which to him is what a relationship is about. 


While this unconventional union is not legal, Chervenak hopes that his wedding would “act as a symbolic gesture to show how precious our smartphones are becoming in our daily lives”....

this is a humorous article about a man marrying his i-phone since it is the place we go for comfort and solace and happiness. Although it is meant to be funny it has a serious message behind it, we spend too much time with our phones. Our phones are with us more often than we are with our significant others, we even use it to connect to them. It's a bit of social awareness to get people to realize that we need to put our phone down sometimes because when it becomes more important than real people, there's a problem.

Chinese website 163.com, compiled a list of the 21 craziest buildings built in recent decades in China.

 

In recent years, cities urban development become a hot topic because these constructions are related with a large amounts of money. Many times, mainly because constructors and local authorities to distinguish these buildings from classic skyscrapers, they present whimsical shapes, which also lead to an increase in construction costs. In this gallery there are public buildings, Chinese private companies buildings and also copycat of famous western architectural designs.

Now, I've seen some crazy stuff while graining on the web's surfbort. (Some things are too crazy to mention here, but take me to drinks and I'll regale some escapades.) But, never has something so peculiar flashed across my screen.

Because, whatever is going on in Korean DJ/producer Hitchhiker's video for "11" transcends space and time, and enters (perhaps even creates?) a new dimension. It's like Gaspar Noé enlisted M.I.A. and avid Second Life users who create bizarre GIFs for Tumblr to make a video for his auto-tuned baby chant.

On top of that, there's what looks like a chrome version of Laurence Fishburne's character from The Signal busting some dad-style dance moves. It's a mess — a beautiful, whacked-out mess that will soon come to dominate the Internet in the same ways Nyan cat and the Harlem Shake did. Consider this your warning.
